Dehydration

This technique allows us to preserve plant materials appropriately, maintaining their nutritional values.

At SAAC Ibérica we dehydrate different vegetables such as carrots, leeks, potatoes, sweet potatoes and parsnips.

Roasting

We produce two types of roasted products in our facilities: vegetables and cereals.

Milling process

After dehydration and roasting, we offer the possibility of purchasing these products pre-ground. We have different mills for grinding of gluten and gluten-free foods.

Extrusion line

This novel technique makes it possible to produce a wide range of products made from vegetable flours, such as healthy snacks, appetisers and breakfast cereals.
